Alexander Heckscher, Esq.

I was educated at Princeton University and the New York University School of Law. I have extensive experience with complex, cross-border investigations of financial matters including fraud, embezzlement, bribery and other matters, as well as years of experience with corporate transactional matters (securities and other financial instruments, corporate law and corporate governance). In recent years, I have turned my skills to complex divorces and other family law matters.

I speak fluent Mandarin Chinese and French, and clients often choose to speak with me in their native language.

何显德律师具有纽约州、新泽西州和佛州律师执业资格。何律师的执业重点是信托与遗产法律问题及文件撰写、涉及高净值人士的资产（包括公司设立、治理、组织等问题）、婚姻家事法（包括婚前协议、婚后协议、子女监护权、赡养费、财产分割及相关事项）等领域的诉讼及事务。他还与 Reid & Wise 诉讼部门合作，处理复杂商业诉讼、公司法及证券法事务。同时，何律师在公司交易（证券及其他金融工具、公司法、公司治理、一般/银行融资和项目融资）方面拥有深厚的经验，并在跨境欺诈、贪污、贿赂及腐败等复杂调查方面积累多年实践。

学历方面，何律师本科毕业于普林斯顿大学，并获得纽约大学法学院法学博士学位。他曾在约翰斯·霍普金斯大学—南京大学中美文化研究中心全中文学习中国政治与国际法课程，并在北京大学法学院以全中文修读公司与贸易法课程。何律师曾就职于 Shearman & Sterling LLP、Ropes & Gray LLP 以及 Fisher Potter Hodas PLLC 等国际顶尖律所，积累了丰富的跨境法律实务经验。他精通普通话、英语、法语，并具备高水平的西班牙语能力，能够以客户母语进行专业沟通。
